About the workshop:

Whether you are new to music in improvised theatre, or you are looking to take your craft to the next level, this is an opportunity to explore improvised song structures and techniques. We'll discover when the moment to sing is, how to use underscore to enhance your scenes, and how to create bold, connected lyrics and melodies within grounded performances.

About the teachers:
 
Lucy is a founder member of Olivier Award winning Showstopper! The Improvised Musical and has 17 years experience teaching musical improv and creating full musicals for a West End audience.
 
Markus Wisth Edvardsen is multiinstrumentalist musician from Norway, specialized in improvising music for improvised theatre. He has been an active part of the Trondheim impro scene as well as playing international festivals like Trondheim International Impro Festival, IMPRO Amsterdam and Improfestival Karlsruhe. He is part of the groups TRE TING and Improoperatørene.
